Concentration

Something that I have a lack of. Always daydreaming just thinking about long rides.
Right now the maiden trip looks like this:
Pinecove start >>>Optimator>>>Road climb to Middle Southridge>>>
Snakeskin>>>2nd Brother>>>Third Bro>>>Hurkey Con>>>
Sage>>>Tunnel>>>Road to Lil Thomas>>>Climb to Toolbox>>>
Ramona drop>>>Road to Paradise

Sounds fun and ends with a Beer.

Snow on the Ground

Spun on the trainer tonite. You know one of those spins as you think about the ride coming up.
Weather permitting I will be riding San Juan. It's been about a year and just way too long.

Interesting gathering coming up in a few months....http://rimridemoab.blogspot.com/
So if you cross this for whatever reason and know anything about:
Sovereign Trail
Seven Mile Rim
Little Canyon Rim
Gold Bar Rim
Poisen Spider Mesa

Leaving the Darkness

Venturing out of the hole.
Did a ride yesterday with Velociraptor and Frank. Cruising the May Valley trails connecting to Hurkey Creek.
It was just a kick ass morning on the trails. .
There was a need to prolong this and the question came out of my mouth "Do you guys have a 6 mile climb in you?"
So off we go Thomas Mtn climb to Ramona trail.
Endless climb with bad cold weather. Alot of climbing at cloud level with a storm coming in you know a typical ride as winter approaches.
Ramona was in great condition hit it as good as it gets.

Picture from the deck after last nites storm.

Lots of LOVE to my wife Yumi for picking us up at Lake Hemet market. Saved a snowy climb back to Pinecove.

Ride long.
