Bike,Hike,and Bike

So I met Yumi for a hike up Splitler to the PCT. I left the house a couple hours b4 we were to meet. It gave me the chance to ride some of the Hub trails and May Valley trails. Just some good fun mileage.
Splitler to PCT ended being 10 miles round trip with some nice heat added to the mix.
Yumi is getting stronger on her hikes and seems to enjoy it more now. I believe this might have been her longest hike to date.
So after not taking in enough liquids and calories I set out for a pedal home. It was another hour 45 to get home with most of it climbing. Started to bonk but kept the legs turning. Nutrition and hydratioon must not be disrespected. I should know better.
Live and learn.
All in all a good day with Yumi and the WUSS.
